YOU NEED TO KNOW
What fitness level do I need to enter?
The Sprint is designed for complete beginners — you just need to be able to run. Super and Beast events benefit from prior training. Our training programmes can help you prepare quickly.
What should I bring on race day?
Wear fitted activewear and trail shoes, and bring your ID and registration confirmation. Avoid jewellery or valuables. Official changing rooms and lockers are provided on site.
What happens if I can't complete an obstacle?
Every obstacle has a bypass option. Competitive participants complete a penalty before continuing; recreational participants have no penalty — the focus is participation and enjoyment.
Can I get a refund or transfer my entry?
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event; free transfers are available up to 7 days before. See the registration terms or contact customer support for full details.
Are there age restrictions?
The adult category requires participants to be at least 16 years old; 16–18-year-olds need a signed parental consent form. We also offer a dedicated junior obstacle race programme for ages 8–15.
What do I receive for finishing?
All finishers receive an exclusive medal, headband and certificate. The top three earn trophies and prizes, and a dedicated finisher celebration zone awaits you at the finish line.
